Guarantee We guarantee, unconditionally, that the granite will not check, crack, or disintegrate from exposure to the elements in any season or in any climate and that no coloring matter or injurious materials were used in obtaining the highly-polished, mirror-like surface; or hammered or rock surface, which are the natural colors of the granite. We further guarantee to replace, free of all expenses to the purchaser of the memorial or memorials described herein, or to his heirs, any part or parts of the memorial covered by this certificate, that may develop any imperfections as indicated herein. As a courtesy to our customers, any straightening work needed within the first five years on this memorial will be provided at no cost. If the memorial needs straightening, please call our office.
